1. Acceptance
By using HellDiveShop.com or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Fan-Made Disclaimer
HellDive Shop is an independent, fan-made apparel store. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or in any way officially connected to Sony Interactive Entertainment, Arrowhead Game Studios, or the HELLDIVERS™ franchise. All trademarks, character likenesses, and registered marks are the property of their respective owners. Our designs are inspired tributes created by fans, for fans.
3. Orders & Fulfillment
Products are printed on demand through our fulfillment partner (Printify). Production typically takes 2–7 business days, plus shipping. Shipping costs to the contiguous United States are included in the listed price. International shipping may incur additional fees at checkout.
4. Returns & Exchanges
Because every item is made to order, we do not accept returns for buyer's remorse or sizing errors. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact command@helldiveshop.com within 14 days of delivery with photos and we will make it right.
5. Pricing & Payment
Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice. Payment is processed securely via Stripe. By submitting payment, you authorize us to charge the listed amount plus any applicable taxes.
6. Intellectual Property
All site content — original artwork, copy, layouts, and the HellDive Shop logo — is owned by HellDive Shop. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or resell our designs without written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
HellDive Shop is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or our products.
8. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
