What we collect, why we collect it, and how we keep it safe.

1. What We Collect
When you place an order we collect your name, shipping address, email, and order details. Payment card information is collected and processed directly by Stripe — we never see or store your full card number.
2. How We Use It
We use your information to fulfill orders, send order confirmations and shipping updates, respond to support inquiries, and keep accurate financial records. That's it. We do not sell your data.
3. Who We Share It With
To get your gear to you, we share order details with: Stripe (payment processing), Printify (production and fulfillment), Resend (transactional email), and Neon (database hosting). Each is a reputable processor with their own privacy and security commitments.
4. Cookies
We use minimal cookies and local storage to remember your cart between visits and to keep the site running smoothly. We do not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
5. Email
Order-related emails (confirmations, shipping updates, support replies) are transactional and required to fulfill your order. We do not currently run a marketing newsletter.
6. Data Retention
We retain order records for as long as required for tax, accounting, and customer-service purposes. You may request deletion of your personal information by emailing command@helldiveshop.com — we will honor the request unless we are legally required to keep it.
7. Your Rights
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information at any time. Contact command@helldiveshop.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
8. Children
HellDive Shop is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
9. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date at the top of this page.
